В Национальном архиве завершена двухлетняя работа над основной описью личного фонда народного писателя Якутии Сивцева Дмитрия Кононовича-Суоруна Омоллоона. Завершение описи совпадает с предстоящим в сентябре 2021 г. 115-летием со дня рождения писателя. Всего в опись включено 727 дел, которые с сентября 2021 г. будут в открытом доступе в читальном зале Национального архива РС(Я).

The National Archive has completed two years of work on the main inventory of the personal collection of the National Writer of Yakutia Dmitriy Sivtsev - Suorun Omollon. The completion of the inventory coincides with the upcoming 115th anniversary of the writer's birth in September 2021. A total of 727 files are included in the inventory, which will be available for the public in the reading room of the National Archive of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) from September 2021.

Документы были переданы в архив безвозмездно по личному заявлению его вдовы Шепелёвой Надежды Семёновны в 2006 г. Дополнительные документы поступили в 2009 г. Всего поступило от вдовы 34 коробки с документами, из них 33 коробки в неупорядоченном состоянии. Из 34 коробок в 7 коробках находились фотодокументы, в 27 коробках – документы на бумажной основе. Фотографии позже составят отдельную опись, а пока обработаны документы на бумажной основе. Опись была согласована на заседании ЭМК [Электронно-методическая комиссия] от 21 мая 2021 г. и утверждена на заседании ЭПК [Экспертно-проверочная комиссия] Министерства культуры и духовного развития РС(Я) от 23 июня 2021 г.

At the personal request of his widow Nadezhda Semënovna Shepelëva, the documents were transferred to the archive free of charge in 2006. Additional documents were received in 2009. A total of thirty-four boxes with documents were received from the widow, of which thirty-three boxes were unorganized. Out of the thirty-four boxes, seven boxes contained photographic documents, and twenty-seven boxes contained paper documents. The photos will eventually comprise a separate inventory. The paper documents have been processed. The inventory was approved at the meeting of the Electronic-Methodological Commission on 21 May 2021 and confirmed at the meeting of the Expert Verification Commission of the Ministry of Culture and Spiritual Development of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) on 23 June 2021.

Часть документов была систематизирована и пронумерована самим Суоруном Омоллооном, это, по возможности, сохранено. Документы, вложенные Суоруном Омоллооном в один конверт или скреплённые им вместе, также оставлены без изменения.

Part of the documents were systematically ordered and numbered by Suorun Omollon himself, and this has been preserved wherever possible. Documents that were enclosed by Suorun Omollon in a single envelope or were stapled together by him have also been retained unaltered.

Для облегчения пользования описью к ней составлен именной аннотированный указатель. В именной указатель включены фамилии, имена и отчества всех лиц, внесённых в заголовки дел.

An annotated index of names has been compiled to facilitate the use of the inventory. This index includes the surnames, forenames and patronymics of all persons included in the headings of the files.

Опись № 1 фонда Суоруна Омоллоона состоит из 12 разделов, часть разделов включает подразделы:

Inventory № 1 of the Suorun Omollon collection consists of twelve sections, and some sections include subsections:

1. Рукописи.
2. Записные книжки.
3. Письма Суоруна Омоллоона.
4. Дарственные надписи Суоруна Омоллоона.
5. Письма Суоруну Омоллоону.
6. Дарственные надписи Суоруну Омоллоону.
7. Документы к биографии писателя: его личные документы, документы литературной, служебной, общественной деятельности, документы о награждениях.
8. Документы имущественно-хозяйственного и бытового характера.
9. Документы, собранные Суоруном Омоллооном для своей работы и по интересующим его темам.
10. Документы о жизни и творчестве Суоруна Омоллоона и увековечении его памяти.
11. Изобразительные документы по произведениям Суоруна Омоллоона.
12. Документы членов семьи Суоруна Омоллоона. В этом разделе отдельным подразделом в достаточном количестве представлены документы Шепелёвой Надежды Семёновны (1923 – 2020 гг.) — второй жены писателя, советской оперной певицы, заслуженной артистки РСФСР и ЯАССР, народной артистки Якутии, заместителя министра культуры ЯАССР в 1972 - 1986 гг.

11. Pictorial documents pertaining to the works of Suorun Omollon.
12. Documents by members of Suorun Omollon's family. In this section, a separate subsection contains a sizeable number of documents by Nadezhda Semënovna Shepelëva (1923-2020), the second wife of the writer, Soviet opera singer, Honoured Artist of the RSFSR and the YASSR, People's Artist of Yakutia, Deputy Minister of Culture of the YASSR 1972-1986.

В составе личного фонда Суоруна Омоллоона находятся личные письма П.А. Ойунского, Ярославской Марианны Емельяновны, Клиориной Ираиды Самоновны, Зверева Сергея Афанасьевича - Кыыл Уола, Попугаевой Ларисы Анатольевны, Листова Константина Яковлевича (известного композитора) и др., а также неопубликованные воспоминания дочери этнографа Виташевского Николая Алексеевича, методическое пособие «Бастакы сүhүөх» (1932 г.), памятная записная книжка со сведениями о поездке на фронт в 1944 г., рисунки Суоруна Омоллоона и многое другое.

The personal collection of Suorun Omollon contains personal letters by P. A. Oyunskiy, Marianna Yemel'yanovna Yaroslavskaya, Iraida Samonovna Kliorina, Sergey Afanas'evich Zverev - Kyyl Uola, Larisa Anatol'evna Popugaeva, Konstantin Yakovlevich Listov (a renowned composer), etc., as well as unpublished memoirs of the daughter of the ethnographer Nikolai Alekseevich Vitashevskiy, a methodological manual Бастакы сүhүөх (1932), a commemorative a notebook with information about a journey to the front in 1944, drawings by Suorun Omollon, and much more.
